Appointments are set for a duration of 15 minutes. Please inform our reception team in securing an extended appointment, if you believe you require additional time with your doctor.
We recognise the importance of seeing your preferred doctor; however, occasionally, this may not be feasible. In such situations, you’ll have the opportunity to book with another doctor.
For ongoing care with your chosen doctor, we advise reaching out to schedule routine appointments as early as possible.
